POTASHCORP- HFSA Recovery

The overall project comprised of the addition of four new Phosphoric Evaporators, #17 through #20, which were intended to closely replicate the design of the existing “Badger” Phosphoric Acid Evaporators, #11 through #13 and #16, including the recently added HFSA Recovery Systems, the addition of a new Clarifier 080, addition of a Cooling Pond Water System, and the transfer and distribution lines for 54% acid into the SPA Tank Farm.

Scope:

Full engineering and design for the four Evaporator installation, Clarifier installation, Cooling Pond Water system, new and modified piperacks, and modifications to, or replacement of, splitter boxes in the SPA Tank Farm.
Procurement, Construction Subcontracting and Expediting for all equipment and commodities.
Quality Assurance and Control including shop inspections.
Systems Commissioning.
Construction management of the project including PCS’s Turbo Generator and upgrades, and the HPD HFSA Recovery Project.
