Installation of a new heavy fuel oil (HFO) system for daily operation of the plant  burners to keep the diesel fuel system in place as a dual or backup fuel source and for start up of both the Multi Heart Furnace (MHF) and Vertical Shaft Kiln (VSK) units.

Key Equipment: HFO Storage Tank, Pumps, Electric Heat Exchangers, Fan, Stack and  modifications to MHF burner management system.
