PegasusTSI - We ensure that the project team is considering all the activities and deliverables needed for the project, specifically the items that are generally considered mandatory for purposes of benchmarking project performance. This effort is focused on targeting the project resources on these critical activities and deliverables from project kickoff, such that midstream changes and reallocation and possibly augmentation of resources at a later date are avoided.

Early Assistance with Project Planning

The first days of the project will be very important to project planning. Early planning allows better allocation of resources, especially in FEL2 and FEL3, when schedules are often compressed. The PSM group will meet with the Project Managers and review the project planning and deliverables list and help determine if there are items that either are not currently envisioned, or that should be emphasized to a greater degree in order to maximize project performance.

PSM can help ensure that the project team is considering all the activities and deliverables needed for the project. A number of items are generally considered mandatory for purposes of benchmarking project performance. This effort is focused on targeting the project resources on these critical activities and deliverables from project kickoff, such that midstream changes and reallocation and possibly augmentation of resources at a later date are avoided.

PegasusTSI Project Systems Management (PSM) group

The (PSM) group will provide assistance to PMC Project Managers and project teams in the early project planning phases and will be aimed at maximizing project performance throughout the project to ensure completion of key activities.
