PegasusTSI - Process

Our Process Engineers have an extensive background in numerous industries, have worked with our Clients to develop first-of-a-kind technologies, usually as members of the Client team, and also have experience utilizing third party technologies. Process capabilities include Chemicals, Polymers, Refining, Pharmaceuticals, Petrochemicals, Pulp & Paper, Environmental, Power & Energy, Consumer Products and Heavy Industrial. They participate in all aspects of a project from the preparation of conceptual as well as basic process packages, through detail engineering, construction, commissioning, and start-up.

PegasusTSI - Mechanical

The PegasusTSI Mechanical Engineering Department has extensive experience with a wide variety of equipment used in many industries including polymers and chemicals, fertilizer, fine chemicals, oil refining, power generation, pharmaceutical, environmental and wastewater treatment. Equipment types include rotating, pressure vessels, storage tanks, material handling, heat transfer, filtration and separation, plant utilities and various types of packaged equipment.

PegasusTSI - Civil/Structural/Architectural

PegasusTSI’s Civil/Structural/Architectural group is largely comprised of registered professional engineers with a wide variety of experience working on both foreign and domestic projects. Their backgrounds include analysis and design of all types of structural steel, foundations, underground piping, site work, fireproofing and industrial related architectural work, as well as designs for modular construction and facilities engineering. Technical skills include the use of industry standard and state-of-the-art software programs for structural and civil design as well as extensive experience in 3D modeling utilized in conjunction 3D plant design systems for interference checking.

PegasusTSI - Instrumentation Controls & Electrical (I&E)

The I&E department is staffed with engineers having a wide breadth of experience in the process industry. Their industry experience includes grassroots and revamp projects for both domestic and international project. The I&E group’s experience also includes work with a variety of control systems including pneumatic retrofits, MMI, PLCs and DCS using all types of media such as metallic, fiber, radio and acoustics. PegasusTSI’s I&E engineers employ a variety of control strategies that include:

PegasusTSI - Piping

The PegasusTSI Piping engineering and support group is capable of providing specifications for piping, specialty piping items and pipe supports, and developing piping component specifications for 3D CADD systems applications. Design experience includes hazardous chemicals, viscous materials, slurries and corrosive streams for industries including petrochemicals, specialty chemicals, fertilizers, refining and pharmaceuticals to the power industry.
