PegasusTSI, Inc. is a privately owned company providing engineering, procurement and construction management (EPCm) services worldwide. PegasusTSI is equipped with the financial strength and flexibility necessary to meet the challenges of today’s globally competitive industrial market. The PegasusTSI team of personnel has a history of more than thirty-five years working together in Tampa, formerly as The Badger Company and subsequently as Raytheon Engineers & Constructors, then Mustang Tampa, Inc. and finally as PegasusTSI, Inc. employees. Originally founded by its current management team in 1998 as a joint venture named Mustang Tampa, Inc., in 2007 the company converted to a privately held entity now known as PegasusTSI, Inc. The following provides a brief background of our management.

KARL M. IBADULLA - President

As President of PegasusTSI, Karl is responsible for achieving the strategic and financial goals of PegasusTSI and dedicated to improving project development and execution through the use of best practices and continuous quality improvement. Focused on continuous growth of the organization, Karl believes in maintaining a high level of customer satisfaction and employee morale.

As Manager of HSE and Management Systems, responsible for identifying system and process needs and requirements to serve our desired customer base and meet our internal business requirements; lead the design and development of the systems and processes needed to support project execution; train the organization in project execution processes; monitor and ensure compliance to all project execution systems; provide knowledge transfer for quality systems across all functions and all offices; develop and maintain the company-wide quality system; develop and maintain the company-wide HSE system; lead the functional project support organizations; ensure sustainability and scalability of project execution company management systems; create and manage the company performance measurement systems.

RONALD H. PYRON - Vice President and Project Delivery Manager

As Vice President and Project Delivery Manager, Ron’s responsibilities include the management and oversight of the corporate construction management group, commissioning group and procurement group.

With over 40 years of expertise in design, engineering and construction of both domestic and international assignments, background includes extensive experience in the chemical, fertilizer, specialty chemical, refining and pulp & paper industries. Additional experience includes vinyl chloride, specialty plastics, silicones, ethylbenzene, styrene, waterborne products, food and consumer products for paper mills, synthetic fiber plants, breweries, juice plants and agri-chemical pesticides. Project participation has included home office and field assignments associated with design, construction, and project management functions.

Responsibilities over the past several years have included serving as both a Program Manager and a Project Manager for Magnesite Mining and Processing, Fertilizer, Fluosilicic Acid Recovery, Polymers, Refining, Biotech and API Pharmaceutical Projects, including over thirty-five projects at Merck facilities in the US and Puerto Rico. As a working project manager, duties have included the development of Comprehensive Scopes, Basis of Design (BOD) documentation supporting the project Estimation and Funding phases, and management of Detailed Engineering, Procurement, Construction and Validation (IQ/OQ) project phases.

STUART G. SINGLETON - Vice President and General Manager

As Vice President, of PegasusTSI, Stuart's prime responsibility is for the management of all international business. This has involved the establishment of key regional and client accounts and establishment of strategic partnerships to support business growth while at the same time undertaking the role of Executive Sponsor on major projects and with key client accounts.

As General Manager of PegasusTSI, Stuart's responsibilities are to direct, promote, and coordinate the operations of the corporation in a manner that will optimize the organization's market share and earnings, improve its efficiency, help achieve its mission and goals, and result in outstanding customer service. Responsibilities also include supervision, public relations, marketing, profitability and sales, service, reporting, capital requirements, and other duties as required by the board of directors. In addition, duties involve developing and communicating PegasusTSI goals and results to personnel; supporting the employee team; upholding corporate policies; developing and reviewing the budget and goals; reviewing progress as compared to budget and holding regular employee meetings.

As Senior Vice President of PegasusTSI's Sales & Marketing, Stuart is responsible for setting up and managing all sales functions and business promotion activities in Europe, Middle East and Africa for a newly launched public company. He also fulfills the role of Executive Sponsor for key client accounts.

As a Senior Program Manager, Stuart was responsible for the creation and promotion of the regional goals in the polymer and chemical product line. This was carried out in the US Southern Region based in Tampa, Florida; then in Europe, Middle East and Africa based in The Hague and The Netherlands and entailed the development of business plans, proposal plans and the identification of strategic resources to achieve product line goals. This function also requires the analysis and reporting of operational data to the Corporation V.P. Polymers & Chemicals. Stuart is also responsible for the successful performance of all projects within the product line. This includes satisfying resource requirements for projects and setting performance and quality goals for each project in the product line.
