As a subcontractor, services included electrical and instrumentation Construction Support, Shop Drawing reviews, engineering field observations of construction work and facility start-up.

City of Tampa - HAZOP Analysis • Metzger and Willard Inc. (MWI) and PegasusTSI, Inc have been selected to facilitate a complete hazard analysis for the City of Tampa on The David L. Tippin Water Treatment Facility located in Tampa, Fl. The hazard analysis is being done by the City of Tampa, to ensure continued safe operation of the Tippin Water Treatment facility. The hazard analysis will consist of: (1) A walkdown of the systems to become familiar with the layout and safety systems. (2) A review of the operations at the Tippin plant as well as similar facilities. (3) A review of any potential hazards associated with the siting of equipment in the facility. (4) A review of human factors which could result in a safety incident. (5) A review of each pipe and piece of equipment in the system to identify any scenarios which could lead to a release of either chlorine or ammonia to the atmosphere.
