J.R. Simplot - Dicalcium Phosphate Granulation Plant • Complete lump sum turnkey services, including performance guarantees were provided, with a schedule of 15 months from the start of basic engineering to plant start-up. Services included basic engineering, detailed design, procurement, construction, operator training, and commissioning/start-up assistance. The plant is also capable of producing mono calcium phosphate and triple super-phosphate products.

SF Phosphates - P205 Expansion • An 84,000 MTPY expansion project with a Installed Cost less than $50 Million. Full Engineering and Procurement services were provided for the installation of UCEGO® No. 11 Filter, a 3rd stage evaporator, clarifier, acid storage, wet scrubber, a new control room and various steel structures.

DODSAL for Takreer - Sulphur Handling Expansion • Engineering Study, Detailed Engineering, and Procurement Support services for the expansion of the liquid sulphur handling capacity from 6550 TPD to 8000 TPD with an estimated installed cost of $330 million. The expansion of the existing Sulphur Handling Terminal (SHT) facilities included sulphur granulation, liquid and solid sulphur storage and handling, a marine terminal for receiving and export of liquid and solid sulphur, as well as Utilities and Off-sites facilities. As primary engineering subcontractor, PegasusTSI applied its liquid and granulated sulphur, offsite and utilities knowledge, plant revamp, schedule and cost control, and overall design expertise to meet the project’s challenges.

PCS Phosphates - Defluorinated Phosphate Plant • A 175,000 TPY DFP facility for animal feed product was constructed on a Greenfield site within the PCS fertilizer complex. The facility was designed around the largest rotary kiln utilized in the world for DFP production and included SO2 scrubbing to meet environmental requirements. Services included engineering, procurement and construction management.

OCP - JESA Diagnostic Laverie Daoui Project • PegasusTSI’s project team kicked off the Daoui wash/flotation plant project in Morocco. Under the leadership of Mr. Karl Ibadulla and expertise of Dr. Fancisco Sotillo, a noted expert in phosphate rock benficiation, the team will lead the study phase of this project and provide cost effective solutions to improve the existing plant’s performance. Richard Harrison, a seasoned phosphate consultant with over 20 years of operations and design experience in the phosphate fertilizer industry, will ensure that the design basis for the proposed modifications is workable, operable and meets the best industry standards. The balance of PegasusTSI’s highly skilled discipline team members will ensure that the Basic Engineering Package is assembled comprehensively and accurately. In support of this project, PegasusTSI brings decades of experience in this industry, especially in upgrading existing phosphate fertilizer facilities.
