In order to meet the growing needs of our business and provide professional and state-of-the-art facilities for our clients and employees we have selected Cypress Center II as our home to support these growth plans. Cypress Center II provides spacious and flexible working facilities and first class and reliable infrastructure, including fiber-optic telecommunications to meet all of our project needs.
PegasusTSI, Inc. is the major tenant in this 2-story office building which is situated in an attractive, campus-like office park surrounded by mature trees. The location, in the Prime Westshore area of Tampa, offers easy access to and from Tampa International Airport (5 minutes), I-275 and the Veteran’s Expressway.
